Bit2win Loyalty & Promotion Certification is designed to prepare IT professionals and architects of Bit2win's CPQ Solution to fully utilize the Loyalty and Promotion platform. Through a multi-day hands-on course, users extend their knowledge of basic Loyalty and Promotion concepts with instructor-led exercises, an in-class implementation project, and an online exam. Users take a deep dive into loyalty program management, define promotion criteria, redeem concepts, in order to effectively contribute to and lead the Bit2win Loyalty and Promotion implementation project.

How to Achieve the “Bit2win Certified” status?
To become “Bit2win Loyalty & Promotion Certified”, users must demonstrate proficiency in administering the Loyalty and Promotion platform by completing a certification exam.

Two-Day Agenda
This two-day certification program typically runs Monday through Tuesday. The course includes conceptual discussions and demonstrations, hands-on exercises and a classroom implementation project based on real-world requirements. The instructor is available to help answer questions and review progress on the project results.

The virtual classroom  will be up to maximum 10 students  click on the date to submit your preference. In case the minimum number of participants is not reached we will automatically subscribe you to the next available date sending you the updates. You will be free to unsubscribe in every moment until one week before start the training.

    : Certification Exam

    Within one month of the end of the course, the user must take the multiple-choice certification exam in 40 minutes. 

    The exam will be scheduled with Trainer and will be online. The test will be performed with the camera on, live with the presence of the trainer.
